GeRaCia® is made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) that consists of a mix of potable water and normal Portland cement and fine sand sieved at 1×1 mm. The mixture is reinforced with AR fiber (Alkali-Resistant fiber) in addition to some other additives used to reduce water without affecting workability.
The manufacturing process goes through the following stages:
1. Mixing the raw materials and the chemical additives at specific levels.2. Pumping the mixture in ready-made molds using special pumps.
3. Shaking the mixture and pressing the molds in order to ensure proper distribution of the mixture.
4. Drying the molds in the designated areas.
5. Storing the final product and making it ready for delivery.
